Who I Am-

I am a lover of faces, pure and fresh, which tell of innocence and hope, of wonder and awe, of a new life just beginning; I am a lover of faces, lined and wrinkled, which tell of experience and knowledge, of hardship and struggle, of joy and love, of a life well lived; I am a lover of places, near and far, as simple as a landscape or as intricate as a cathedral. I am a lover of beauty in all its forms, telling stories if we take the time to listen and look beyond the surface.

I am a storyteller with a camera. Look. Listen. Learn.

What I believe-

Humans have documented their world since time began. We must see what came before and what is in front of us now in order to move into the future with wisdom, foresight and knowledge. 

Elders and Others-

Witness the cycle of life coming full circle through photographs.  Babies, in their innocence and newness; children in their energetic quest to grow up; parents, so busy in day-to-day activity they often miss the subtle but rapid changes; elders, with their wisdom and longevity; all are infinitely connected. Life is an amazing journey from birth to death, which in itself is both an end and a beginning. We begin aging the moment we are born. We are ever-changing, dynamic human beings. Photographs make us stop and take notice.
